Mixing things up a little bit….

Did this last night and decided to share it because cero miedo, right?

Not many of you readers know that I have an intense love and passion for Lucha Libre and indie wrestling as well as for makeup. So last night I decided to make “Jenn Paints Her Face Like a Luchador Saturdays” a thing.

This was way easier than I was expecting it to be. I only used three products, Ben Nye cloud white Aqua color (for the white), MAC smolder eye kohl (for the black), and a damp beauty blender to apply the cloud white. My original intention was to film this application but I didn’t really plan that well. I didn’t really think about the fact that I needed to use my phone for a reference photo. So I’ll probably end up redoing this one and filming it.

Here’s a detail shot of my mouth.

Also, since I did a sheet mask after I took off this makeup, I thought I’d throw in a little product review.

After I washed this makeup off, I used a Tony Moly  honey soothing sheet mask. After I do a face paint or wear prosthetics,  I like to give me skin a little treat. I really liked everything about this particular mask. It’s relatively inexpensive. I got it at Ulta for $4. It’s a little slimy when you take it out of the package, which I feel like some people might find a little off putting but it did everything the package said it would. Once I got it on my face, it felt so good. My face always gets a little angry with me after scrubbing off face paint but this had a very cooling and indeed soothing sensation. It smells amazing, too, which I think is a major plus when you’re leaving something on your face for 20-30 minutes. I can’t quite put my finger on the exact scent but it smells so familiar and so good. Even the morning after I did the mask, my face feels so soft and just cool. 10/10 would reccomend.
Thanks for reading guys!

If have any Lucha Libre fans who read this, feel free to leave a suggestion for who’s face paint to do next week on the comments. If you’re not a Lucha Libre fan, leave some suggestions for others posts you’d like to see.
